“Let Me Talk to My MaMas for a Bit…”

Updated: Oct 30, 2024

Being a Mompreneur comes with so many life lessons, tasks, duties and unbelievable uncertainties all the time.

One thing that I have learned is that you cannot make everything happen in one day. As much as we want to it is unrealistic and you are really doing your body a disservice.

“Kids do not want Superheroes, they want healthy relationships with their mothers!”

A few things, I have learned over the past few years is to make sure you are top priority. When we start to put ourselves first, it is easier to remain calm and tranquil. Your day actually goes much smoother when doing so.

Remember the version of you before children, what did you like to do? Where did you like to go? How much networking did you partake in? And most importantly, how and where did self-care come into play?

My life before children was busy and not structured at all! However, I was all about my self care and I have not let up on that at all because baby, momma needs her time!

However, the version of me now has a schedule for all self-care needs and I have created a budget for everything. And I want to you to do the same.

Do not feel guilty about leaving your baby at home for a few hours with their dad or other loved ones. Get your time back for you.

We are in need of all our mothers being at optimal health and this calls for time away.

I know it is hard and I know you’ll miss your baby, but Momma you have to let go.

So, make a promise to yourself today and Choose You!

P.S. “ I love you MaMas XoXo”
