Omouzuwa Seymour-EL is a Creative Mastermind, Entrepreneur, and Incubator Genius. The art enthusiast spent her teen years writing, teaching dance, learning fashion, and honing her leadership.

wanted to help Black and brown girls, building a community of innovative leaders, scholars, and future entrepreneurs.
She discovered the community wealth disparities in urban areas and noticed the impact on children in education. The Arts programs, in particular, needed to be improved.
To fill in the gaps in the community and provide a solution, she birthed Raw Talent Performing Arts in 2014. She promoted a healthy environment for the youth by advocating arts in the community. Seymour-EL started her nonprofit, teaching herself the components to build, scale, and grow. She landed numerous contracts for schools and after-school programs; her most significant contract was $45K.
